1. About this policy
This policy explains how Suitxen Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, and how you can control them. It should be read with our Privacy Notice. Cookies are small files placed on your device that help a website function and provide information about how it is used. In this policy, “cookies” includes similar technologies that store or access information on your device — such as localStorage, sessionStorage and pixels — which the same rules cover.
2. Your consent
Browsing www.suitxen.co.uk sets no cookies of our own. Our website analytics are cookieless: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does no cross-site tracking. Its measurement script runs on the page and reports page views to Vercel — the page URL, referrer, and coarse device, browser and country information; visitors are distinguished using a short-lived identifier derived from the incoming request, which the provider discards within 24 hours, and we receive aggregate statistics only. We maintain a dated assessment of this technology against the ICO’s guidance on storage and access technologies, repeated whenever the deployment changes, and the scan described in section 4 verifies what actually runs. Strictly necessary cookies are set only when you sign in to the platform (app.suitxen.co.uk) or use a payment flow, and are used without consent because they are essential to the service you have asked for. We do not currently use any statistical, functional or marketing cookies. If we introduce low-risk first-party statistical or functional cookies in future, PECR as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 permits them on an opt-out basis only where its conditions are met — before setting any, we will describe them here, meet those conditions, and provide a working, free, always-available opt-out control. Any marketing or advertising cookies would be set only with your prior consent. Because no optional cookies are set, no cookie consent banner is currently required: instead we provide this notice and the preference centre linked in the website footer.

The cookies listed below are set only when you sign in to the platform or use a payment flow; browsing the public website sets none of them. This list is reviewed whenever the site changes and is verified after each release by a scan of the deployed site covering cookies, browser storage and network requests, across public pages, sign-in, authenticated use and payment flows; the version line above shows the date of the current list. A provider may set closely related cookies for the same stated purpose (for example, an authentication provider’s companion session cookies); these are covered by the same category shown for that provider.

5. Managing cookies
- Our cookie preference centre, linked in the website footer, shows you which cookies are in use and why. Because no optional cookies are currently set, it is informational and stores no cookie of its own. If we introduce optional cookies, the preference centre will let you opt out (or give and withdraw consent for any marketing cookies) at any time and free of charge, with immediate effect — we will stop collecting from that point — and only then would a preference cookie be set to remember your choice.
